Who processes your data

What we collect
When you book: your name, mobile number, email address, any note you write, the services, stylist and time you choose.
To protect the booking form from abuse we briefly process your IP address and technical browser data (request limits and a Cloudflare Turnstile check). These are not stored with your booking.
Why, and on what basis
We use your data only to handle your booking: confirm it, email the confirmation and contact you if needed (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Abuse protection is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We send no marketing and never sell data.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for at most 12 months after the appointment. After that we delete the name, number, email and note, keeping only anonymous figures (date, service, price) for business statistics.
Who else sees it
The website, database and email sending are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor under a data processing agreement. Data may be processed outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Only salon staff who need the data for their work can see it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. Send requests to info@salon-name.example.com; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been infringed you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
