Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you see the confirmation on screen and receive it by email. Prices are final, in euros, VAT included; you pay at the salon.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel using the link in your email up to 24 hours before the appointment. For later changes, please call us.
Lateness and missed appointments
If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or move your appointment. In exceptional cases (illness, equipment failure) the salon may ask to move your appointment and will tell you by phone or email.
